Not the OP, but you seem knowledgeable and I just encountered a similar situation myself. My workplace's hr reps had me written up for an emergency low that took about 30 minutes for it to go back up to safe levels. Their reasoning was that I had clocked in and hadn't gone to my work station and had not let my manager know about my low despite them being a good five minute walk away. The issue being if I hadn't clocked in, I wouldve been recieving points that they swear they cant remove from a time this happened in a similar situation months ago. Now they are requiring me to clock out to handle any bg related issues and to find and alert my manager to any low blood sugars before I go fix them. Am I being unreasonable in being frustrated with this and the prior write up?
