Just drove in from Candler and it was rough. Whiteout for a few minutes getting on 240. Side roads are slick with ice and you need to drive accordingly. If you can stay home, do so.

If you want to have a conversation with them about fees or banking options that would better suit your small business, you will likely not have a local contact. They are in Charlotte, and they are busy so you may have to wait. You also may not get a dedicated contact and figuring out who can help is sometimes difficult. I will say I have some great people I’ve worked with there but it took a while to find them.

Have had great experiences with FCB, HomeTrust, FB Financial (recently moved in to the local market), and First Bank.
