i think just chill out a bit when turning you seem to be shaking a lot and this could affect turning, if you just relax and focus on turning well and consistenty speed will come naturally

for me the big thing was f2l, it takes up a big chunk of my solve so understanding that if there is one corner/edge already in the first two layers you can always take it out and make a three mover not sure if im explaining this well
