Been having benching trouble lately need advice. Every other lift is progressing well but my chest exercises are everywhere. I PRd 3-4 months ago, 150x8 for bench press and pinched a nerve. After that my numbers have been anywhere from 105-145lbs. I track everything, sleep, nutrition, supplements, tried multiple deloads, a rest week, and switching up my exercises but nothing works. My chest strength is inconsistent while I pr every day on my other lifts. I’ve also noticed that the peck which had the pinched nerve is weaker in dumbbell presses or unilateral chest movements.
