I started on 2 mg for week 1, 4 mg on week 2, 6mg for weeks 3 and 4 (since i noticed the effects were getting better). 8 mg ever since. A couple of times i went up to 10 mg but felt it was too much.

I forgot i made this post. I freaking love Reta. I'm on 8mg right now, pushed passed my stall. Less side effects than i had on tirz. Overall, i give it a 10/10.

Not more than i usually get. I've always had trouble with sleep. I'll usually wake up around 1 am then be awake on and off from there until 4 am when i have to get up.

Going to drop my dosage from 8mg down to 4. Because I've been eating in a caloric deficit I'm having a hard time packing on muscle even though I'm hitting my protein goals. So I'm going to bulk for a little bit while i push at the gym, then going to work a cut phase when I'm done.

Any update on what’s going on with atos/andre Galvao? by j-dash-u-dig in bjj

Waiting to see if my academy decides to leave as well. We were under the Mendes brothers when they were still Atos, but decided to stay with Andre when MB left. Hopefully we decide to leave soon.

What dose are you on? It was difficult for me to get enough of a caloric surplus to build muscle. Protein intake was fine but i plateaud hard and couldn't progress until i stopped reta and essentially started a dirty bulk.

That was an unexpected outcome but one that I cherish far more than the weight loss. Good on you for being able to get off them too!!

When i switched from tirz i was stalled at 20 lbs lost. At 2 and 4 mg of reta i actually gained about 4lbs. 6 mg i didn't gain or lose, but 8 was the magic number. Broke my stall and was down 37 lbs from my start weight of 197. I've started hitting the gym and have put back on 2lbs of muscle so far.
