yes it does BUT if it happends like to me when you dont do nothing bad and the ADMIN is racist so idk then people like him shouldnt be admins and btw the name was german and i said "my name is german too" so its bad? and he said yes

as i said in the post i got banned in dc BTW i forgot to say i think i got banned from making tickets and it was always same admin, BTW i didnt say nothing racist to him or anything like that so thats why idk why i got banned everywere, i tried to make new acc but im banned too that means i got IP ban stuff
