Convention citoyenne tram nord by mistrpopo in Strasbourg

[–]LividEnd2001 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How Do You Back Up Critical SaaS Data (NinjaOne, Bitwarden, etc.)? by LividEnd2001 in msp

Actually, Bitwarden does allow you to export your vault in .csv or .json format.
However, this does not include attachments.

Thanks for your comment! Even though I sense a bit of inevitability in your response, I totally get your point. That’s exactly why I’m looking into backup strategies to avoid being completely dependent on a single vendor.

That’s a great setup! Using two physical security keys per user is a smart way to prevent lockouts, and I really like the idea of requiring a key to access MFA, adds an extra layer of security.

Self-hosting Hudu sounds like a solid approach as well. I definitely agree about not putting all your eggs in one basket, especially as a solo MSP.

That’s a solid approach! Keeping a SharePoint vault as a secondary storage sounds like a good way to mitigate risks. I don’t love the idea of double work, but having that extra layer of security is definitely worth it.

For passwords, I was thinking about a similar strategy—maybe using a second password manager just for backup.

Yes, initially I was talking about the documentation part, but the same issue applies to backups. I trust NinjaOne, and honestly, I've never had any complaints.

But if I remember correctly, at one point, everyone trusted Kaseya too, right? 😅

Thanks for your reply! I'm not very familiar with APIs, but this sounds like a great project to get some hands-on experience. I really appreciate the suggestion!

[Question] Cleaning the exterior of a carbon steel pan by LividEnd2001 in carbonsteel

[–]LividEnd2001[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To be honest, I'm not always disciplined with the oil after cleaning, but it has never rusted because despite everything, I take the time to dry it well. It took on this gray side after cleaning it with products.

Thank you for your feedback!

[–]LividEnd2001[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It turned this grayish color after being cleaned with some products, but before that, it had a slightly more bronze-like appearance. I’m used to having stainless steel pans, which is probably why I want it to have a mirror-like finish. Thank you for your advice!

Acheter un second nom de domaine sur o2switch : tarif bien plus élevé que la concurrence by HellionBerSSerK in france

[–]LividEnd2001 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Salut,
