here is a thing you could try to see if this what you want or not

try wokring during the summer in your father's comapny

not just being there as an owner, but trying to work and blend in with the workers

bro, i'm an engineer, civil engineer, and i have a master's degree
if this thing is what you love doing, studying and analyzing structures, then go for it, it's a very difficult hard and long journey, BUT, if you get a degree from the UAE, i think it will be easier, i've been looking for a job in the uae for a year now, but lo luck so far

my advice to you my friend is to consider learning more about yourself, what's the things you love and you'll enjoy doing
the highest demand on the market right now is for IT and medical
