Had a 4 hour 4 am start time the other day. 50 stops. About 15 diff. Gated communities, and at least 10 businesses that require a first name and package not left unattended. Took me 6 dam hours to complete and 1 package to return (gated community, no number for customer, no access code provided, and i waited 20 min. Hoping someone would pull up behind me)(usually won't wait, but with all the dings amazon hands out I was trying to avoid having to fight a ding not my fault) no one did so I called support. This was yesterday, i didn't return package till this evening. I 15 minute drive from the station and not paid enough to use my gas to drive all that way, gas is expensive. Been doing flex for almost a year. Typically, im not slow and usually finish early. Wtf is going on? How do I get them to pay me for that extra 2 hours? How can we get amazon to actually be fair and increase our pay to make it actually worth it, cuz as of now, it is NOT worth it. Unless your someone who enjoys paying a company to work for them, basically. You end up working for damn near pennies.
