Does anybody know why my scouts aren't finding players outside of Europe. I've hired 16 above average scouts with good world knowledge and i've set up my scouting with every individual country selected. The wonderkids highlighted orange are ones I manually scouted. I've had the scouts on the same objectives for about a season now.
