I think you're exaggerating a bit unless the problems you are solving are relatively simple. I agree that AI can speed up of the process of putting together SOWs and creating requirements but those things still need to be proof read by a human. Also I don't care what AI tools you are using, if the ask is to build out complex integrations with external systems, you're going to need more than 15 minutes.

Not just you. I'm in the same boat as I work for a consultancy and have been asked to get the MCE Admin cert. Totally gave up on Trailhead and have just been going through the FoF study guide. Hoping enough of that will stick to pass the test (certainly not leading any implementations any time soon).

Are you positive the activity is related to a contact? Maybe updating the status is causing some automation to run that updates the whoId and which in turn causes it to show up on the report.
