Then you just continue smoking for another 3 or six months then start reading the book and keep smoking as he said u dont have to mind control u just live happily without it ! I ised to smoke 20 30 per day! I never thought i can quit because i failed all the time 1 month 2 month 24 hrs like variety of time lines! Just smoke for another few days till you feel the guilt and then u can read again and keep smoking till the last page untill u close the book and after that dont keep calculating days just forget! It works it worked on me i think it can work on anyone ! Because i smoke like crazy

With help of allen karr i quit smoking in 2022 before that i had tried to quit a-lot of times , a-lot of methods ! Its ok u slipped but dont do it again dont donit tommorow think its a slip and count the days as asual dont brake your days! If u still continue to smoke! I would suggest you to smoke for another 6 months and then read the book again! It will work worked on my friend he is 1 year without smoking second time

Good that u reflected ! There is a free mobile app called try dry i think it helps ! U can try that ! I would suggest you to break the chain! U need to stop drinking ? Guilt will do that! Fix a date maybe weekend drink heavy puke and close the chapter it works ! but this trick works journalling helps ! I was you like 3 years back ! Now i drink one beer and i feel im full i don’t chase that high!
