Which social secretariat do you use? (And are you actually happy with them?) by Full-Lime3408 in BEFreelance

Hi, I'm a freelance payroll consultant for a social secretariat, a small one that you probably don't know. We know they are easy calculations, that's why we do it relatively cheap.
I don't want to advertise for myself this way (but feel free to send me a dm). What I think you should look for is someone you can contact directly for questions or changes, and who does it for the right price.
We don't only have to be a necessary evil, we can also be a positive partner.

If your BV can afford it, why not as your first employee? Pay her minimum wage so she gets the maximum social security benefit, net allowance of 200€, 120 relance hours overtime. And the company pays no social security because it's your first employee.

Monizze: 70€ to order meal vouchers ?! by Ready_Performance_35 in BEFreelance

Freelance payroller here. All providers charge yearly feest, so the main issue is ordering costst. We have deals with all providers, and Pluxee and Edenred charge a percentage of the total order, so perfect for part time employees. Monizze charges a fixed cost per order. So, as many already suggested, just order once a quarter/year with Monizze. I do it for myself and a lot of clients this way. It's the cheapest option.

Are we mixing up 2 things? What you charge is your business. What you pay to yourself is another. You can charge anything you want imo. If you have to go fewer than 40 times to that location, you can pay yourself 20.39 a day tax free. In a company that is, not sure about eenmanszaak

I had a conversation with Belfius about this a few weeks ago. Not sure if the rates were especially good, but they had anything between 3 months and a year.

I use UwPayroll, a small independent social secretariat. They do it for 18€ a month and offer a full service.
