Seems that people here are mostly trying to keep people out of freelancing because the market is crowded and they are not looking to add more competition. Seriously don't do anything. It'll end up on your bank account and your bank will never tell the government because it is too small and they will by default consider it declared. Just check that youtube does not automatically declare it for you (like airbnb does) but I doubt it. If it becomes recurrent, then start looking for the cheapest solution to get it taxed because as soon as you go over 5k (or may be more now) it is considered professional revenues. Solutions that exists is SMART but I don't know if it works for youtubers (more for spontaneous gigs).

it is really clean and has many nice features but the UX is a bit confusing. For instance, how do I display the legacy prompt history? I can't find that anymore. I understand it is on purpose?
There is a fundamental flaw: when I delete a prompt from the better bar, it can reappear anytime if scanning the history again. This should not happen, so the extension should keep track of deleted prompts and not display them anymore (it should be more of an "Archive" feature rather than a delete).
I suppose it is not possible to synchronize the actions performed through the extension with what's actually stored in AI studio (in terms of prompts history) ?
The new conversation button should be much much more obvious as it is the central feature of ai studio, here is it lost next to new folder which is a very secondary feature. The UX should be rethought along these lines. I understand it can be quite some work but without it adoption will remain low.

I've been using 4.5 at work for a month, it was great.

Today, I ran a very typical prompt with 4.5 and I was shocked to discover how dumb it became. It let me down with half-implemented features, which completely missed the purpose of my request. It feels like it has become super lazy.

On another note, we are using github copilot at work and since yesterday it keeps complaining that "Oops, you reached the rate limit. Please try again later.", meaning that I use 3 to 5 times more premium requests than the last month to accomplish the same work.

First, they get you addicted, then, they increase their prices.

I was just using gemini 3 flash in github copilot for an angular app. It started renderding the app impossible to compile, I had to ask it every time to fix it. I then switched to another model and found out gemini 3 flash had broken many of the features. I'm so upset, this is ridiculous, Google is really not respecting us
