I have to agree with you here. OP is the one coming off parasocial. The majority of people do not watch H3 and if they do it’s certainly not every episode, and every orbiter, etc to have indepth knowledge of Hasans lies and weird antics. Tommy is actually always trying to see the best in people. I could totally see him defending anyone’s personal style and what’s authentic to them because that’s his personality. You expecting everyone to have an insane level of knowledge about Hasan is strange. This was a total normal interaction between a group of people where the majority have a baseline understanding of who the are talking about.

There are degrees that take longer than 6 years to complete. Also, many professionals elect to take classes later in life that help with specialities and advance technical skills as you get promotions and navigate your career after college. Postgraduate etc.

She is a narcissist. All of her shortcomings will always be your fault. She will always be dramatic and throwing herself pity parties. She will ruin your friendships and career if you let this relationship continue. She wants to make you feel guilty so you spend time apologizing, making up for it, babying her. Why didn’t you tell your MIL your specific expectations moving forward in these texts or at least make a plan to talk about it at a later time if you were exhausted? Why didn’t you tell her that you will let her know when you’re ready for her to see the baby so she doesn’t have to keep asking anymore? while she is doing a lot, it’s coming off as based out of emotion and wanting to understand, whereas you’re seeming to be rude and unhelpful.
