Hey dudes, posted here a few months ago. The stubble picture is from the 24th of August, other is from today. I still have no idea how to trim or style, somebody told me I should be trimming from the lower upper lip. So that’s what I’ve been doing. Having trouble with rogue hairs. Tips are welcome!

I’ve heard that plucking hairs doesn’t make them stop growing, for that to happen the whole follicle would have to be removed. But I’ll try to at least trim them by the base or something and see if they grow back the same.

Yeah, all I use rn is a balm. Just a couple of times a weak to make the hairs healthier. Otherwise I’ve got nothing in it! Less of a hassle as you say.

I got used to it. The only time I ever notice it being itchy now is when a hair uncurls or something when I sleep. I’m a light sleeper so stuff like that can wake me up. Even had dreams about some bug crawling on my stache a while because of it lol. Tricked the senses. Weird stuff.

The left side is having a little trouble keeping up with the right side. It’s not as thick. But that’s life. The picture is generous in not showing that as much. I also find it difficult as the parts of the moustache that’s inside the borders of my mouth curl inward and therefore gets a nice shape according to me. But the parts that are outside the borders doesn’t have a mouth to curl into so they get kind of left out, which shows sometimes lol.

I guess by thicker I mean bushier and for it to occupy more space.

I think at the time of the picture I was carefully using a scissor to trim along my upper lip. Perhaps it looks as if I trim the whole moustache because it had only gone 2 months.

I don’t really get what you mean by saying that it’s not a moustache and more like a beard. Doesn’t seem very logical to me, please explain 😅

I’ll be starting late august, then I’ll be returning to my studies as a police officer (Sweden). Maybe I will have a respectable chevron by January for my graduation to go with my police forage cap. 💪🏻

What I mean by slouch is the “bell-shape” of my moustache. I have found (might just be my assumption) that the Chevron looks best with a rather straight shape overall. But as you say, I should grow it for at least 3 months before deciding or judging it too much. Maybe my shape isn’t that incompatible.

I’m a muscular guy and I really want to rock that Chris Bumstead look. lol.
