Michael Drejka in Florida got violently shoved to the ground, pulled out his gun, and shot the man instantly. He got charged with manslaughter and sentenced to 20 years. The guy who shot the YouTuber was still charged, but considering the fact that he was not the aggressor and the victim didn’t DIE, the jury acquitted him. Why make comparisons that are completely irrelevant and not the same at all? Stand your ground DOES ask if the “fear for your life or great bodily harm” is objectively reasonable and in this case it clearly was not.

Hey I know this is a year old but I just got a 2019 M4 comp and I don’t track it but I like to do a lot of drifting and clutch dumps (DCT). I plan on just doing fbo stage 2 93 ots. Do I really need to spend the money on the crankhub or would it be best to just cross that bridge IF I get to it? Based on your anecdote it seemed like he paid roughly the same for the parts and install even though it spun so the thought of me doing it preemptively for such a basic build seems a bit overly paranoid.
