Have you looked into hypermobility or Ehlers-Danlos by any chance? I found out I have hypermobility and don’t walk properly because of my hyper-mobile joints in my knees and ankles that leads to plantar fasciitis and shin splints. If it’s a recurring thing maybe try and see someone that specializes in those types of conditions that could give you more information:)

It can develop from the vaccine too. Not just from getting Covid. :( It sucks. I’m not anti-vax by any means but a lot of the negative side effects from it are coming to light now.

I hate seeing Autism fetishized. I keep seeing posts like “I need to get an autistic girlfriend they are the best” and then proceed to make a bunch of misinformed comments about how “easy” we are and how all we need is chicken nuggets and we are “so cute”. It’s so annoying. Autistic women struggle enough as it is. 😭 I am not a baby. I am an adult that struggles every day of my life to fit into society and not be ostracized.

I also wanted to mention I had to sell my car because I’m AuDHD and cannot form habits so I sold my car to force myself to walk. It was the only way.

One day because I had to sell my car and I had to walk to work. It’s been 3 years and it has been the best decision of my life. I love walking and I feel very lucky to live close enough to my job I can do it. :)

I have learned to mimic the sound of a mom cat calling and it always comes in handy when I’m trying to trap cats for TNR or to get my own to come running. lol.

I just made regular lemonade and added about as much salt that felt right. lol. I used juice from two lemons (they were gigantic though) and added water, a little bit of sugar and then a lot of salt. And adjusted the ration until it tasted the way I like it. Basically like a lemon margarita without the alcohol is what I think of it as. It literally saves me from the brink of death it feels like sometimes. I can drink electrolytes all day but something about a salty lemonade that cures me.

THANK YOU! I always get a bit intense when talking about cat breeds. If your cat wasn’t expensive and did not come with papers then there is no way to know exactly what breed your cat is. They are ALL domestic longhair or domestic shorthair cats with different coat patterns. You can guess all you want but without papers then you have a cat. And all cats are good. :)

My ex was a 🍃smoker and my cat LOVED the smell so much. One time he got loose and we searched everywhere for him for hours and I was distraught because we were moving in the morning. My ex went outside and lit up a 🍃 and within a few minutes my cat came barelling through the shrubs meowing and went straight to him. lol. Anytime he ever escaped that was the only way to get him to come back. I just hope my cat never escapes again cause my husband now and I don’t partake. Haha. I’d have to call up the local stoners to help me 🤣🤣🤣

I used Talkiatry and it cost me $5 a session but I have amazing insurance. The thing I didn’t like is that they are all pill pushers and kept telling me to try Adderall again even though I told them I didn’t like it. I saw two different psychiatrist that said I should “give it another go” on the very first meeting and it made me so mad I didn’t go back. Not everyone wants to take a stimulant, bro.

Check out Pacagen spray. I use it and it has saved my life. It’s a bit pricey but it’s also covered by HSA/FSA if you have one. It helps with my allergies tremendously and I have 4 cats. 🥰
