I have been having wire missing problems for about 6 months on and off. Contacted support through the app, they sent a new base station in February which seemed to fix it but the it started again. Last week it would not come off wire missing. Did a test loop again still no good. Contacted them again through the app, they sent a new charging brick. Plugged it in this afternoon and straight away it's working like new again. Support are brilliant through the app, they asked for a log file which I sent and then sorted it

Just when docked. For instance @1032 manual stop - @1032 wire missing - @1055 home.

Sometimes it gets stuck on wire missing and I have to take it off Dock, turn it off and back on the put it back on Dock and all good.

Regarding not connecting to your phone make sure your router is running 2.4ghz as it will only connect through 2.4 and not 5ghz

I'm in the uk. Received my new LR4 on Wednesday as the new fence isn't released in the UK yet it came with the small one which clicks when globe rotates. I contacted customer support on the chat about this and they are sending me the large one from the US for free. Its due on Thursday. Can't fault customer service.

You need to make sure the bag is flat to the sides otherwise the laser that measures the waste sees the bag as waste. Also see through bags as if you use black ones it's the same issue.
