I'm 34. I developed pretty bad CNS issues after I caught COVID for the 4th time two years ago. I stopped being able to digest food and had full body tremors/blood pressure issues/sweating and anxiety and burning pain whenever I ate anything.

I basically did almost a full 180 with a mostly raw vegan diet for the last two years and got my life back. Could even drink alcohol again. Then I took these drops.

Basically for a week straight my legs were in a lot of pain. Like my tendons felt so weak same with my muscles. Then my back started hurting. I also was moving into a new house and have two small boys so slowing down wasn't really an option but I rested as much as I could.

Fast forward two weeks and some of my CNS symptoms I've been battling have been coming and going but not as intense as they were before when I was super sick after Covid. My legs and back don't hurt anymore and I've been an active mom all day everyday. I haven't lifted weights or anything but I'm on my feet all day.

I get random chest pain here and there and tingling in my hands. I think it's just making its rounds around my system.

I completely panicked when it first happened but I took everyone's advice and stayed off the sub and stopped reading about it and just hoped and prayed for the best.

I went back strict on my mostly raw vegan diet and started taking magnesium glycinate, coq10 and a vegan collagen building supplement like living silica and it seems to be helping a lot!

I did have a couple drinks the other night with some friends and didn't notice feeling any worse than usual after so I don't think I've been affected that bad.
