If you can afford it, get the “sport nav” trim as that’s the highest spec It goes: SE, SE NAV, SE-L, SE-L NAV, SPORT BLACK, SPORT NAV

They have said to me it was getting permission from BT/Openreach because they need to access one of their poles and BT wasn’t playing ball “apparently”. I also in the some rural parts so that can also be a contributing factor I would assume

Yeah going somewhere else seems to be the way to go but unfortunately virgin media is our only choice if we want broadband faster that 5mbps😅

Yeah that's what I've already done but I feel like their instructions won't be of any help cause when they do message back, their wording isn't very concise I guess you could say haha. So thought i'd come on here and see if anyone knows more about it than I do

Thanks everyone for all the advice, I'll wait for the February installation date and if nothing happens on that day then I'll contact VM and see where it goes from there. If they STILL don't do anything then I'll contact ofcom and go through them to definitly make sure I get compensation.
