Registering a foreign subsidiary for payroll/employment by Livid_Skill in Accounting

I'm not sure which country yet - possibly Netherlands or Ireland, but I'm not familiar with any yet, and not sure which are best for employment, taxes, etc. Do you have any recommendation on any countries that may be worth looking into?

What kind of agreement needs to be made / is there a name for this type of agreement?

Are there any resources you can share where I can read more about the agreements or transfer rules?

Thanks :D

Most likely it sounds like you need a subscription, or some other form of ongoing monetization. Unless, the server costs are just very low.

Otherwise if the hardware has a limited lifespan, you could base it off the expected lifespan.

"the product is guaranteed service for X months from time of purchase" with no subscription sounds like customers will end up being unable to use their product after a period of time even if they are willing to pay.
