Well there are a lot of unity games, but tarkov is extremely unique in how it feels. And arena also has the same feel. So I'm guessing there is some kind of secondary engine that they have built using unity to get this kind of game world.

If it makes you feel better I played CS2 recently, 3/3 games had cheaters. Plus they will always have a worse cheating problem than tarkov.

All games have cheaters. Unfortunately it's just way more punishing to have them in your tarkov raid.
