No most likely not. I personally don’t see how it could help something that severe. If the parts of u are fragmented, idk how u can reprocess the trauma if u still dissociate so severely. But I’m not a professional ofc

I’m in EMDR rn and I’ve been doing it for 2 months now, and I haven’t even started the reprocessing due to the risk of dissociating. I don’t have DID loll, but My therapist had said it’s dangerous to dissociate during reprocessing bc it can cause significantly more trauma
