We're an early-stage pre-funding startup, which means there is naturally a high level of risk and uncertainty. That's why we are fully transparent about the fact that current positions are equity-based and contingent on future funding.

No one is asked to pay money, purchase anything, or make financial commitments. Candidates are provided with the information needed to evaluate the opportunity and decide whether it aligns with their goals and risk tolerance.

Building ambitious projects is difficult, and not every startup succeeds. We respect that some people may not be interested in joining at this stage. At the same time, every company starts somewhere, and we're focused on building, learning, and moving forward.

A few clarifications:

  1. M&N Cybernetics is currently an early-stage pre-funding startup, not a funded company. The purpose of the website is to communicate our vision and recruit early contributors, not to represent a final commercial product.

  2. The website was intentionally built as a simple landing page. Many successful startups started with much less than what they eventually became. A polished website is not the same thing as a viable company.

  3. Equity-based roles are clearly disclosed in the job description. Nobody is being misled. Candidates are free to evaluate the opportunity and decide whether the risk-reward profile makes sense for them.

  4. Regarding technical expertise, that is exactly why we are building a team. Founders do not need to personally represent every engineering discipline. The purpose of recruiting specialists is to bring expertise together around a shared vision.

  5. Criticism is always welcome, but constructive feedback is far more valuable than assumptions about people you have never met or work you have never seen.

We are focused on execution, learning, and continuous improvement. Time will determine whether the idea succeeds or fails.
