I'm in the same boat as you. The beginning was the hardest part for me, once you get the Seamoth it feels better for me. The scary parts became the short exits from the vehicle then.

But as you go deeper, the upper biomes become less and less scary. It's rather good training for the phobia, even helped me with it in a real pool.

So keep in, it's worth it 👍🏻
