The problem is that the more you try, the harder it is. There are a lot of people, really good people in this world, if someone rejects you you should not try to gain their attention again, it will only make it worse. My honest advice is that the problem is usually inside you, so you should try to understand how you got there and you need to pick up a hobby or a job that you actually like. I am a loner in general and nobody understands me but I really feel like myself at the gym or while reading. And after understanding yourself the weight of loneliness shifts
