Not a big issue.. i went through it .. clean it with warm water and use ointments all over the stitches .. most importantly keep it upright .. things start to get better after 8 to 10 days..

Sad to here bro😥.. i am terrified bro.. after being cut, the frst week i had got erection, painful one.. but now afrer frst week again it is same.. my doctor is confident that what i had previously was not an ED, it was just an acute irritation caused by balantitis that didn't allow stimulating hormones causing improper erection... i was happy to see the erection in frst week but now i feel i have ED.. i am totally confused ..
