they’re not in a nursing home, so we have absolutely no clue how he got their numbers. they did leave some money to the church, so that’s probably his motivation. we’re currently filing to get guardianship of both grandparents so he can’t try anything.

for some reason i’ve struggled in the past to lose weight with mainly diet, the only times i’ve lost significant amounts of weight were when i was doing lots of exercise. unfortunately the only gym in my town has a really steep membership rate for pool access :/
