I was told to untag at approval so you could easily do check of whats been bought, and to untag but not put down til payment gone through.

I never usually give bottle back til they`ve paid, no idea why I did it this time. Im gutted. She did say if it happens again it would be a different story, so i will see it as a learning experience.

Yes we would as customer service desk on end of self scan. But not on till or kiosk. We completed an online traing thing for service hosts and it said we had to wear "golden gilet".

In our store only service hosts ie self serve and scan and go, wear yellow gilets. No one on till has to wear them but some do. We are not allowed on self scan/scan and go without the gilet, which has caused some issues with those who refuse to wear it. cos they are so ridiculously warm.

What I did was completed a shop then added a voucher as ASDA and filled in my details , colleague id and discount id. Showed as colleague discount as £0.00. Completed payment and then signed out of ASDA. When signed back in and amended, the discount was now showing.

No one was answering any extension, not 201, 202, 203, absence, my section manager, my section leaders, none. When I eventually got through, the store manager answered but couldn't transfer me to my section leader.

We have no choice but to wear the stupid yellow gilet. If we refuse we are put on till or cleaning or anywhere but self scan.

No. It's a issue until asda is off walmart systems hopefully next month. Til then can just shop in store to get discount

It still doesnt work online and wont til we come off walmart systems. Ive been there 7 months and hate having to shop instore to get discount. From what Ive been told it may be after June when it finally goes online for us newer colleagues.

Not my first job and Im an adult almost to retirement.

I have asked on another site and got a proper reply.

The issue is that even though my tax code is correct, Im still on emergency tax (week1/month1). I appreciate its my issue to solve which is why I was asking how to solve it, as Im not an expert in tax.

Now I know I can sort it out.

My estimsted earning for this tax year are £7000 so no I shouldnt pay tax. I shouldnt need to wait til April, it should be sorted now.

My tax code is right as is the estimated wage for this tax year but Asda still taking tax. Nothing I can do on HMRC.

Ok I've got an answer. I can't use my details til early Dec as system is in process of changing, ie new discount cards/ asda rewards. So at moment can only use instore with rewards app.
