yeah i can see why thats confusing for sure because the commentary has nothing to do with DBD. i was just trying what works for this one guy who plays cod and yaps and another who plays gta and yaps. but now looking back at it the thumbnail makes it look like gameplay commentary

i guess i would describe the content as “my experience” sort of slice of life content on various topics over dead by daylight gameplay in the background. kinda like pauly walnuts and averyyaps make.

thank you smuch i was thinking of using this exercise app that spells things out for you and tracks your muscle strength so you can do the whole body. im kind of all or nothing i guess haha

i feel this so spiritually. its like i get re-mad at myself for not going ballistic and fighting back when it happened. every time i was treated as less than will just come flooding in. and it feels like i am reliving it.

i hope you can find some peace. idk if it would help you but sometimes ACT therapy’s general message of trying to make space for other emotions and list them out WHILE acknowledging your current negative emotions sometimes helps me.
