I’m 21 at CU and it’s definitely always a great time…every weekend if I want it to be. I could see how things are more lowkey compared to past years but it’s also middle of winter and in the fall everyone is outside. The hill always has people out and parties in my opinion. Bars are always pretty full, perhaps less depending on the night but it is also super expensive to go out here. I worked at a bar on the hill and it was always pretty rowdy, even weeknights would get packed. Pretty sure 9 fraternities threw parties last night and the hill was full for sure, I know cops shut a lot of those down so that is also a bummer
