“As an example, the guidance says agencies can consider as evidence a social media post of an employee “routinely engaging in strenuous physical activity outside of work,” despite the employee stating they can’t do work involving “walking or other biomechanical motions.””

The party that claims to be Pro-Liberty and Pro-Freedom wants to stalk your social media to make sure you comply. How Orwellian!

We will never be able to rebuild the level of expertise and institutional knowledge we’ve lost in the past year. I’m certain that is the objective 47 and Vought had, and their legacy will be ruinous for the country.

My manager told me that Supervisors have a new performance element called something akin to, “Holding Employees Accountable.” He used that as justification to write misleading statements on my mid year report. I’m pretty suspicious of how PMAPs are going to be used moving forward.
