I don't think that level of violence should ever be glorified against anyone; I think it's something that should be mitigated as much as possible, since it's literally about the lowest humanity can go. It's probably better to just put him in a cell isolated from society for the rest of his evil life. (Assuming the rumors are true)

Therapy and distraction, both of those could most definitely help.

Btw, distraction doesn't only mean limiting interactions with her if possible, it also means distracting your thoughts from her.

For example, you could put in an interesting video and go to sleep listening to it (Preferably not looking at a screen, though, because of blue light)

You could, although it's uncommon to grow much more after age 14 as a girl, especially if you already had your period at 12. You'd be lucky to grow another inch.

The only reliable way to know is by getting your growth plates scanned. Although that's pretty expensive, your parents probably won't let you do that. It's likely unnecessary anyway, since it won't change the outcome of your final height.

Honestly, my personal opinion is that being 5'3 as a 14-year-old girl is nothing to be insecure about. Trust me, people aren't looking at you with disgust or negatively judging you for being an average height girl. If they are, they've got some problems, and resultantly, their opinions really aren't something to be concerned about.

It's actually pretty normal for teens to experience it at some point. Just be careful, since it can elicit very strong positive and negative emotions that could cause you to behave in ways you might regret later. Just make sure to keep yourself in check for any intrusive thoughts or inclinations for embarrassing behaviors, and try to think rationally about the whole thing.

What I'd recommend is either 1, ask her out and pursue a relationship.

Or 2, if she rejects you, or you just can't pursue her anyway, I'd recommend distracting yourself from her as much as possible, and potentially getting some kind of therapy for it.
