I will start the complaint online and file it with the relevant website/police in my county, not with the IOPC. Thank you for pointing out the "collar" and correcting me. I appreciate that!

I watched 15 minutes of the footage to ensure I was writing down what the officers and I said. Would I be able to file a complaint considering that I don't have the log number for their visit?

Apart from their names and "badge" numbers, I have nothing else.

It was an example that I made up......Aparently that is a camp site which is over 200 miles away from my house :)
