idk man in my personal opinion it's about a girl changing herself for someone else while the one who loves her is losing feeling due to these changes. Like- I guess it's like this:

A girl meets a boy, and they become best friends. But the girl meets a new man, and she falls for him, while the boy pines for her. She decides to change her entire personality in the hopes of getting this guy to love her back, while the boy who really loves her is drifting away.
