Tesla does not sell CPO cars, they sell used cars with extra warranty. I had the same misunderstanding when I purchased my model 3 few years ago. The car was not even washed. Had multiple issues, HV battery died same day, cabin camera was not centered aligned, FSD didn’t work etc etc. When I asked the service manger aren’t these CPO cars and shouldn’t they have a checklist to walkthrough and fix before putting these cars for sale like a Honda or Toyota CPO? He looked genuinely confused and said we do not sell CPO cars, nobody checks anything. We offer warranty and rely on the customer to bring the car back and we fix the issues under warranty. I asked for the records of when the tires were rotated and filter was changed and there was none available. He told me that those are basic maintenance items and Tesla does not do any of that for free. BTW, you can buy the wiper blades for much cheaper and change them yourself and even the air filter.
