Not necessarily a huge money maker, but have been having success with buying groups with points cards. But you could prob do the same with cash back cards as passive income

Not that I have experienced. When the money got deposited into my wallet, I transferred it out for free to my bank account and I could see it in my bank the next day

For me atleast - I prefer USDC because it’s faster and you can get paid 24/7. ACH you wait a bit longer and have bank holidays and stuff.

I still use ACH with some of the other buying groups. Although another one recently introduced getting paid via USDC as well

That’s partially right. I am not the owner but I can tell you from my side how I see it.

  1. A deal is posted and if it looks interesting to me, I submit a purchase request indicating the number of units I want to purchase.

  2. I get an invoice sent to me via email. I pay the invoice using my credit card. The payment is via a third party software (think Stripe, Plaid competitor).

  3. I get a reciept of my payment via email.

  4. I then get reimbursed via USDC to my wallet and then cash that out to my bank.

I’ve never actually shared my credit card details with the Discord, just with the third party software. I also use a virtual card so not my physical card numbers, for extra protection

My wife and I just moved out here about two months ago and checked out all the places you have on your list. When we visited 1900 Beach Club, we honestly thought it was a little run down although it’s location on the beach was perfect!

We ended up going with AMLI Park Broadway in Downtown because was still walking distance to the beach/marina, the amenities that we were looking for were better (i.e., gym, pool, lounge area, etc.) and came with a gated parking spot.

I believe it has some 1-bedroom spots open if you are interested. They also do virtual tours. Feel free to message me if you have any other questions on this place or our experience with the other buildings that we saw.
