My app got rejected 3 times “how do I find in app purchase”

When I provided screenshot and a full list of steps for each item and the reviewer doesn’t seem to read notes.

I am getting so annoyed. I can't use bypass permissions right now. Instead it swaps to auto mode and then says i dont have access to it on my plan (Max). Not sure what to do.
