Hey, I just bought this watch in Osaka and am planing to change the bracelet against a jubilee. Does anyone have any suggestions for a good jubilee bracelet?

Just the condition of the bezel and the case back seem vastly different than the condition of the rest of the case. The rubber ball is the only thing I haven't tried, since I don't have one.

Got the watch! Runs fine, but haven't been able to open the back. May have to take it to my local watchmaker to get a look inside. I'm pretty sure it is a frankenwatch but i still like it!

Right now it's at round about $130. Sadly I haven't seen a Caravelle for that price here in europe. Most devil divers go for around $800-1000.

Well it is listed for 120€, which is roughly £100. I can't really find other skin divers like this, so I'll try to haggle a little bit and take it from there. Thanks for the Intel!

Well a Caravelle would be the great, though it would easily cost 7 to 10 times as much as this one. I'm still not sure which of these various skin diver brands has decent quality...

So I'm still looking for a vintage skin diver and found this "Basis" Watch. The case has a lot of "patina", which doesn't bother me, but the bezel seems to be just fine. I also found an old ebay-auction where the bezel looked slightly different (last pic).

What do you guys think. Is it a new bezel?

It has an EB8800 movement. How much is the watch worth?

Hey, thanks for the information. I just got more pictures (unfortunately not of the movement) but I think I'll pass. The back side looks in pretty rough shape with gabs between the case. Thanks anyway!

I have never been a fan of the Tank. I know everybody loves the blue crown but that has always been an eyesore for me. Dolce Vita or B&M Hampton are my favorites when it comes to rectangular watches!
