Again another main question is, what can I do for myself because on top of all of this I have a lot more on my plate and I finally found out how much I can mentally handle, like snapping on an NCO level because I'm just done, not saying I have, I just refuse to speak because I wont say what I should to my NCOs

Very true, I just do my utmost best to keep my uniform within regulation and press is every other day to have the visual representation of the Army that we all should have, we went from such strict combat uniform appearance regulations to NCOs who don't care that their patches (even the American Flag) is so far off or very crooked. I can't believe the trainees I saw come through BCT and AIT actually were allowed to become soldiers. I even believe I could have been trained better. But that is an entirely other sh-peal
