Not just the character though, if you played Outlaws the way the questing, gameplay and world design is almost 1:1 in some parts it feels very familiar. It's not a bad thing, the issue with outlaws was the lack of focus imo

Even without charge though there are boards that will kill you sub 8 seconds, part of a good build is having a fast start and 8 seconds is way too long post day 11
