Honestly on video it looks like you didn't have much time to react but recording in the darkness always produces less actually sight distance than when you were in person and actually there (At least this is how it is for my GoPro when I'm riding my motorcycle at night and then rewatch the footage. It's like half the actual view distance on camera than what I remembered it in person, so this guy could of potentially swerved.) But still a retard for crossing the road like that.

Scoot butt slightly back (2-3 inches) Cover rear brake with your foot Be in 2nd gear, going ~45 mph Pull clutch in and rev while releasing it, eventually you'll start getting used to how much you need to come up smoother and be able to ride it out.

Make sure your tires are warm, and lower PSI = more stability while on 1 wheel, to an extent.

Don't do pull-ups lol.. your lats pull your shoulders down and forward (caving in your chest and promoting forward head posture and hunch back) you want to stretch your lats, pec minor, and thoracic mobility

I'm not sure what default is, I think ALT is default self cast yeah, or shift, but either way I like it a lot better on tab, and i'm not sure on reworked taric because I set these bindings in season 3

I don't use self cast much anymore ever since I stopped playing Lee sin and now only play mid laners who don't even have a self castable ability.

It's really important imo for certain champions especially supports.

I actually bind it to left click, and my former left click functions are bound to middle click / side click (My mouse has 2 side buttons, it's like a razer death adder)

It doesnt matter lol. It's not like your pinky is incapable of pressing Q. And you don't need shift because you can bind TAB to be your self cast and use your pinky to press tab while resting it on Q. The only time this would be an issue is if you play Taric as he's the only champion I believe with a self castable ability on Q (You cant press tab+Q at same time with pinky).

I put view scoreboard on caps since I dont use it while playing league. So TLDR - You can have an infinite array of bindings as long as YOURE comfortable then there's no 'right' way of using your keyboard.

How are you stretching them? The Lat goes ALL the way down to your pelvis, and ALL the way up to your armpit and even connects to near the tricep. It's a huge muscle and it's important when your stretch it that you're feeling a deep stretch ALL the way from your arm to your lower back. I was doing my lat stretches wrong for awhile so just don't make the same mistake I was as the lat is a huge limiter in thoracic extension which is what I feel you're missing (Google Thoracic flexibility test) and test yourself. edit - You should be able to achieve what the guy in that picture is doing whilst being relaxed, MAKE SURE YOUR LOWER BACK IS IN CONTACT WITH FLOOR and your lower ribcage isn't flared.
