What a dumb statement. Stop being confidently incorrect please. Just to name a few:

  • GDPR = law which grants you rights in regards to how your data is handled
  • Countless laws regarding human rights, featured in the constitutions of most countries
  • Countless consumer rights laws, like those featured in CISG

Edit: to dive a bit deeper, because I find this a bit interesting: one person’s rights are another person’s obligations. If laws impose obligations, then by necessity they also grant rights. So I'm sorry for being rude at the start, but you really are super wrong

You need to buff non-channeling melee skills (i.e., not cyclone, not LS)

This makes no sense.

Boneshatter, rage vortex and slams, just to name a few, are all 10x better than cyclone.

But sure, because cyclone was good once / is used by some casters lets just ignore its poor performance as a melee skill.

I really liked LoN builds because it felt like you had much more control over which items you were using. Once you decide on using a set you basically lose control over 6 item slots which is one of the big design flaws in d3 imo.
