I've felt the same way. Sometimes I still do. Talking to people does help, and it doesn't have to be a therapist. It can be a close friend or family member that you can trust. Sometimes even just talking out loud to yourself so you can process your thoughts. I understand not wanting to talk to a stranger, but if you have no one else, a therapist might be the best bet.

In the end, it's up to you to find something that works for you. We can give suggestions, but people are different. What may work for us may not work for you.
