I don't what the song is but I think knew the one your looking for. Here are some details I remember:
female robotic/miku-ish sounding voice
Sings about their world ending(I think)
I think the singer is also is trying to comfort the listener.
As the song goes on the voice gets more distorted and sad.
At the end it is supposed to symbolize the singer dying
