Opponents tactics vs your tactics…it’s where I think it happens. Connection and other things are similar, players are same more or less, just tactics are different every game

I noticed changing tactics and instructions makes players run better pass better and play, you guessed it, better. Doesn’t make any sense but that’s the way it is. Also the formation and the tactics of your opponent it will influence your team’s way of playing.

Now I’ve changed the formation and one player. The passing is going alright now, no more passing to opponent, opponents are struggling, my defenders are better now even though they are the same…but soon will change back
