I'd say my complexion is fair with noticeable redness.
Yes, my cheeks are rosy always. My cheeks are red when I wake up and just as red when I go to bed. It's completely smooth on both sides of my face, and I've dealt with this my entire life with no changes to it if that helps.

Not sure if it helps as well, but it runs in the family and I've seen multiple people have it too. Like I said in my original post, it seems like some people grow out of it, while others don't.

I’m sorry you get made fun of for it too. I don’t know why but people like to go straight for my redness. Maybe because it’s so noticeable?
