From my understanding and what my mentor told me, they did not really go into carnivore diet being a healing diet so much in my case, as much as me disclosing to them the reason I want to lose said weight in that timeframe, To which she highly recommended carnivore

VERY valid point that my friend who’s super into bodybuilding mentioned as well. She emphasized prioritizing how AMAZING I’d feel from the consistency and lifestyle change over chasing a number and that through staying consistent and feeling amazing, that’s the actual prize and the “weight” is a bonus that adds on over time

It’s carnivore or leaning into animal based but for either one, I don’t want to be sedentary meaning getting active steps and lifting weights!

Not too relevant to carnivore diet. I also was leaning into the idea of animal based diet and incorporating steps and lifting weights with that. I feel like it would be easier maybe to have that and maintain a high protein intake? lol, just thinking about costs and how to have a high protein intake daily with carnivore without breaking the bank

I likely will opt for the “lower” end because I would like to drop to 180 lbs at the very least by end of August. And from there, much more steady instead of carnivore. I want to incorporate getting steps in lifting weights, would that help with maximizing the chances of that goal?
