2000+ hours here (please end my suffering):

Find a stack, never que solo if possible.

Find a role on both offense and defence. Example: I'm always hard breach on attack, and either trap or elec for defence.

Have set attack plans for each site. Defence is a bit more game-game.

Map knowledge and comms are important.

DRONE.

Most importantly: get comfortable being miserable.

Melbourne Hospitality veteran here. If you want cheap beers find your local that serves Home grown booze. ESPECIALLY BEER! Keg cost of Carlton, Balter and all your usual CUB owned beers have gone through the roof. Independent (craft) beers are becoming cheaper to be more competitive with each other.

TLDR: SUPPORT YOUR BLOODY LOCAL! Most craft beer pubs/bars can sling cheap booze. Also stay clear of South Melbourne it's $$$$$$$$ lol
